Any unauthorised use of the name BELEZA, its logo, visual identity or any other distinctive sign is strictly prohibited.
This includes in particular: reproducing the name for commercial purposes, imitating the logo or brand visuals, using the name in domain names, social media accounts, or any communication medium without prior written authorisation from BELEZA.
Any infringement constitutes a criminal offence under Articles 61 to 67 of the CopA and the criminal provisions of the TmPA, and exposes the offender to civil and criminal proceedings.
04 Intellectual Property — Creations & Content
All elements comprising the BELEZA website and collection — texts, photographs, visuals, illustrations, mock-ups, layout, product designs — constitute original works protected by the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA, RS 231.1).
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, by any means or medium whatsoever — including digital — is prohibited without prior written authorisation from BELEZA.
This prohibition applies for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Collection photographs are the exclusive property of BELEZA. Any request for editorial use must be addressed to hellowearebeleza@gmail.com.
05 Protection of Cut Patterns & Technical Files
The cut patterns, templates, grading technical files, manufacturing specifications and all production documents developed for the BELEZA collection are original creations protected by copyright (CopA) and constitute confidential know-how belonging exclusively to BELEZA.
These documents may under no circumstances be reproduced, retained, transmitted, shared or used by third parties — including service providers, subcontractors, garment manufacturers or producers — outside the contractual framework explicitly defined with BELEZA.
Any unauthorised retention of these documents after the end of a service contract, any reproduction or use for personal or commercial purposes, constitutes unlawful appropriation and exposes the offender to civil and criminal proceedings.
BELEZA reserves the right to demand the immediate return of all such documents and to take any appropriate legal action to enforce compliance.

BELEZA processes its customers' personal data in accordance with the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, RS 235.1, in force since 1 September 2023). For customers residing in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) also applies.
